What Makes Us Different?
The Fox Valley’s newest health club, Lake Park Swim & Fitness, locally owned and operated, is located just off the intersection of Highway 10/114 and Lake Park Road in Menasha. We have combined the latest in equipment, classes, club amenities and more to give our members an unparalleled experience.
Business History:
After 15 years of working together and being friends, Felicia Christianson, Megan Collins and Jane Dias decided the next logical step in their careers was to own and operate a health club. When the opportunity to acquire a former health club arose, the three women began brainstorming and formulating a plan to fill the Fox Valley’s need for an owner-operated, state-of-the-art, resort-feel, member-focused health club that fosters a strong sense of belonging.
A 15-mile run that the three women took in the spring of 2008 resulted in a clear vision and the decision to move forward with their dream. Final plans, the investor group, and completed due diligence for the facility came together in September as court approval and financing fell into place. Ownership by Felicia Christianson, Megan Collins and Jane Dias and six silent investors was official on Friday, September 5th, 2008. All nine investors are equal owners.
